Cris Godoy
Cris is a Brazilian-born artist based in the U.S. with a background in architecture and a love for watercolor—especially botanicals. Her work is inspired by what she sees while walking, sketching, and exploring new places.
She starts on location with quick watercolor studies, then brings those moments to life in the studio through mixed media.
Cris also teaches botanical watercolor workshops, sharing her creative process with artists around the world.

I’m Cristiane. Painting botanicals is more than technique for me, it’s a quiet dialogue with nature, where every leaf and petal tells a story. With each brushstroke I slow down, notice the details, and share that sense of wonder and calm, hoping you feel it too.
